Aidu's speedy ground water detector i.e. ADMT-ZN series is a brand new generation hydro-geological survey device specializing in borewell point checking i.e. the best point siting before drilling. It features swift scanning and all electrode-channel options sharing one single console.
Based on frequency selection method of natural electric field, a branch of MT geophysical method, the device uses multiple channels to simultaneously measure the strength of the natural electromagnetic field to obtain a stable field source, which solves the problem of the changing of the natural electric field with time. By analyzing the change of resistivity in the ground, relevant information such as the location and depth of groundwater can be obtained. The method of frequency selection of natural electric field is the latest and proves to be the most effective technology among the various geophyical methods applied to the ground water exploration.
ADMT ZN series adopts upgraded processors and algorithms. The hydrogeophysical signal processing capacity and imaging results precision have increased by 5 times compared with last generation. The ADMT-ZN series all-channel ground water speedy detector is used to find out the location, depth, yield and other related information of groundwater to guide operations of borewell drilling to increase success rate and guide conducting regional hydrogeological investigations.

Image Interpretation: A fracture zone appears at a depth of about 90 meters, a low-resistance abnormal area exists at 170 m and a fracture structure appears again at 230 m.
Results: Water began to come out at 30 m. The main outlet layer was at 170 m. Water volume increased at about 220 m and the total water volume was about 15 m3/hour. Drilling finished at 260 m. The actual results are in line with the image.

Aidu has launched high-density cascading cable built in a low-power and high-performance control circuit at each measuring point. The number of channels will be automatically identified which guarantees a well controlled data process.
